It was all the way back 1882
when Mark Twain famously wrote, "Suppose you were an idiot and
suppose you were a member of Congress—but I repeat myself." So it's
not terribly surprising to find out that, 100-odd years later, on a
major issue like health care, neither side of the aisle really
knows exactly what it's talking about—something that becomes even
more obvious during seven hours of forced TV-yammering.
